30 Years of Dental Excellence!

It is my privilege to transform people’s lives through changing smiles. My commitment is to giving people confidence in themselves and their smiles. I feel so blessed every day that I can have a career I love doing. How many people can truly say this is what they were meant to do?!

I was born in Korea and moved to Jamaica with my family when I was ten. I lived in Delaware until I was 22 and went to the University of Delaware for my undergraduate education. My father, a physician, encouraged me to go into dentistry, and I’m very glad I listened to his advice.

I attended Georgetown University for my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and completed my General Practice Residency at Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic.

I worked as an associate dentist for five years and opened my own office in 1993. Our goal is to make patients feel at home and well-taken-care of. Along with my team, we welcome patients of all ages and with all dental needs.

While my focus remains in cosmetic dentistry, I have taken many continuing education courses to keep abreast of all the latest cutting-edge technologies and procedures. I completed a four-year continuing education course in orthodontics and Invisalign® to offer my patients a full range of comprehensive options to improve their bite and their smile. I continually strive to utilize the most modern techniques to offer my patients superior care.

I look forward to serving you soon!

As a new patient undergoing severe pain and stress, I was in no position to enjoy this trip to the dentist. I had neglected my teeth for years like too many of us do. However, Dr. Song and her team created an experience unlike ANY other doctor visit I've had. Their attention to my needs and willingness to go the extra mile to fix my problems was clear. I felt cared for like a long-time patient, despite being newly admitted. I will be going to Dr. Song for regular cleaning and all dental work as long as I am in Northern Virginia. Thanks again, Doc.
